The West Cebu Economic Estate operates its own power and water utilities, making it self-sufficient. The Balamban EnerZone provides the area with a dedicated 13.8KV distribution line while its water production facility and wastewater treatment plant provide and clean up to 2,500 cubic meters of water daily, respectively.
Other features of interest unique to the area include recreational facilities such as the Brisa del Mar Hotel and pocket commercial areas. Future development areas will also be allocated for a transport terminal and commercial retail center.
