MEZ2 Estate (Mactan Economic Zone 2) is a 63-hectare, PEZA-registered property with fully-integrated industrial areas developed and operated by Aboitiz InfraCapital in partnership with the Mactan Cebu International Airport Authority.

Overview

The MEZ 2 Estate dedicated utility stations offer impressive self-sufficiency at its location in the Cebu region. The power station at Mactan Enerzone provides electricity with a 58 MVA transformation capacity just for MEZ 2 and its wastewater treatment plant cleans up to 1,500 cubic meters of domestic wastewater daily.

It comes fully-equipped with an emergency response team, security personnel, and telecommunications and internet services. Furthermore, it carries a 24/7 transport terminal with public utility vehicles servicing a plethora of routes across the island.
